In this Jolt, we introduce the utility of Career Stages and help Soji's address their specific HR and developmental questions and challenges. The Career Stages describes a research-based framework for talent development and performance management that is used by large and small organizations around the world. An important application of the Career Stages is its implications for HR and organizational transformation.
