A mortgage is probably the biggest loan we'll take out in our lives, and there's no doubt that it will have a significant impact on our standard of living and future. The difference between a proper mortgage and an inefficient mortgage can be hundreds of thousands of shekels at best or an economic spin at worst. And yet, many buyers take out loans to buy an apartment without understanding the basics of the business. In this Jolt Workshop, Tomer Varon teaches us the essential things that must be done before buying an apartment. We'll discuss tips on how to determine the correct monthly repayment, dismantle the various mortgage tracks, and understand how the bank examines us to determine our interest rate.
Questions this talk answers:
01
What is the correct order of actions when buying an apartment?
02
What determines the efficiency and quality of a mortgage?
03
What is the difference between the different kinds of mortgages?
