The world of work is changing. The need for stability and favourable conditions was replaced primarily by personal development, a sense of meaning and self-realization. While striving to manage and lead our own careers, so that we will continue to develop, fulfil ourselves and lead ourselves to the right place for us in the future- Each of us becomes a one-person HR agency and our main customer is ourselves. But it turns out that it is not so simple to lead change, even if it is something we desire. We don't always know what we really want. Or how to draw the way to get there.
