In this Jolt session, Shani Brusilovsky teaches us how to design end-to-end user experiences. Together, we'll learn how to zoom out and think about the broad context of the user experience. We'll cover what the difference is between current and future user journeys, and how to apply user mapping to our products. We'll walk away with the ability to create a visual map of our user's journey and apply journey mapping to all our communication with our stakeholders and organization.
