She is the program officer at The Edmond de Rothschild Foundation, in Israel, managing the impact entrepreneurship portfolio. She is also the founder of Ms. Catt and co-founded of House of Genius Israel. In former roles, as global manager of innovation programming at HPE and Director of Content and Programs at PresenTense, she helped run several accelerators around the world.

In this Jolt session, Alina Shkolnikov teaches us how to apply the Business Model Canvas to our organizations in order to decipher our venture's value proposition. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new or documenting existing business models. It is a visual chart with elements describing a venture's value propositions to different customers, customer relations and channels, activities and resources, partnerships, revenue and cost structures. The Business Model Canva is used by the world's top accelerators, incubators, and startup programs and can be implemented on products and services large and small across sectors and industries.
